Inception reviews are mostly good
The new Christopher Nolan film Inception is hitting theaters Friday, July 16, and the Inception reviews are starting to pour in. The reviews are mostly good. Christopher Nolan did direct the new Batman films, which are great. Leonardo DiCaprio is indeed a fine actor, and those things guarantee some good reviews. Some critics gave the film some considerable stick. Possibly the film didn't live up to expectations.
The inception of Inception is good reviews
Inception reviews on Rotten Tomatoes are overwhelmingly good. It has an 83 percent fresh rating there. Roger Ebert gave it four stars. He also said the movie was "wholly original, cut from new cloth" as even he acknowledges that as a rarity. If it is really that good, cash til payday should pour into box offices worldwide.
Not every person loved it
Nothing really pleases everybody. There some Inception reviews are far removed from the accolades. Kurt Loder of MTV asked "are they handing out joints at the box office for 'Inception'? That would make the movie considerably more fun." The negative reviews for the film (such as the critic from my home town paper who shall go nameless and who only gives four stars to Disney movies) all lament the film being too hard to keep up with, though well acted and visually remarkable.
Consensus is
The Inception reviews are mostly good. The Inception ending is designed to be something outlandish, but we won't spoil it for you. If you really, really, need Tom Cruise to defeat the forces of evil each time and get the girl so you don't have to actually think about the movie, this is not a film for you.
