15 Meet Records Fall at Texas Relays

Throughout the four days of the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, more than 39,000 spectators witnessed a total of 15 meet record fall at the Mike A. Myers Stadium.

Fresh off her World Indoor title in the 400 meters, Sanya Richards-Ross blew away the field in the 100m in a wind-aided (2.9) time of 10.89.

Annually the Texas Relays gives away outstanding performance awards. Winning awards over the weekend included:

• LSU women (Most Outstanding College Team)
• DeSoto boys (Most Outstanding High School Team)
• Kimberlyn Duncan, LSU (Most Outstanding College Athlete)
• Shelbi Vaughan, Mansfield Legacy, and Marvin Bracy, Boone (Most Outstanding High School Athletes).
